When the body is exposed to allergens like pollen or dust, mast cells (an immune system cell) are triggered and release histamine. This histamine binds to receptors in the nose and eyes, causing classic hayfever symptoms like sneezing, congestion, runny nose, itchy, and watery eyes.

Each spray of BreathMor® contains: Cinnamomum verum (Cinnamon) stem bark ext. dry conc. 100 microgram

1. Shake the bottle well.
2. Before first use, spray twice into the air to ensure a continuous mist.

1. Is it suitable for daily or long-term use?
   Yes, daily use is recommended, particularly if you continue to experience seasonal allergy symptoms. If symptoms persist, speak with your healthcare provider.
   
2. How quickly will I feel relief?
   In a consumer trial, 81% of participants obtained relief within 1 hour. For others, relief may be felt within 24 hours.
