1. About this Policy

This Shipping Policy (Policy) applies to orders you place on https://www.breathmor.com.au and any related pages, checkout flows, subscription portal and customer support channels (Site) for products sold on the Site (Products). It sets out how we process, dispatch and deliver Products, and what you can do if there is a delivery issue.

2. Dispatch

We dispatch orders from Suite 215/32 Delhi Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days after you place an order (excluding public holidays). Dispatch may take longer during peak periods.

3. Delivery

We currently ship to Australian addresses. Delivery is handled via Australia Post (and potentially other carriers we may add from time to time). Delivery timeframes shown on the Site are estimates only and may be affected by events outside our control.

4. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after dispatch.

5. Delays

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@breathmor.com.au and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry and follow up with the carrier.

6. 'Delivered' but not received (missing parcel process)

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. In practice, we will generally:
  • verify delivery information with the carrier (including proof of delivery where available)
  • ask a few reasonable questions to help locate the parcel (for example, checking with household members, neighbours, and common drop-off locations)
  • open an investigation with the carrier
  • resend your order once the carrier confirms an investigation has been opened
We may request information reasonably required by the carrier to progress the investigation.

7. Incorrect address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge a re-delivery fee and/or refund the order excluding shipping costs (where permitted by law).
