BreathMor® is an Australian-made nasal spray with a natural active ingredient for seasonal allergy symptom relief. How does BreathMor® work?
When allergens like pollen trigger the body, mast cells (immune system cells) release histamine, resulting in hayfever symptoms such as sneezing, congestion, runny nose and itchy eyes. BreathMor® stabilises these mast cells to prevent histamine release, targeting the root cause of hayfever instead of just masking symptoms. How to use BreathMor®
When do I use BreathMor®?
Use BreathMor® twice daily, morning and evening, by administering one spray of BreathMor® in each nostril.
How often should I use BreathMor®?
Use BreathMor® twice daily, as directed, while symptoms are present. Once symptoms ease, you can stop using it and resume again if symptoms return.
How quickly will BreathMor® work?
In a consumer trial, 81% of participants obtained relief within 1 hour*. For others, relief may be felt within 24 hours*. What can I expect using BreathMor® for the first time?
Shake the bottle well before each use. After opening your new bottle, you will need to prime the nozzle by spraying twice into the air until a continuous mist is achieved. It is then ready for use. Relief can be felt within 2 to 4 hours for most users, however, it may take up to 24 hours for some people to experience the full benefits.
What happens if I miss a dose?
Don’t try to catch up. If you miss a dose, take the next dose as you normally would.
Can I increase the dose?

How do I store BreathMor®?
Keep in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Discard 30 days after the bottle is first opened.
